Former Lendlease development general counsel Michael Peters has joined Frasers Property Australia’s national Investment Committee. Peters has spent most of his career in the property sector and has been involved in major projects such as the London Olympics development, Sydney Olympics developments at Newington and Homebush, Barangaroo and Circular Quay.

Marnie Prater has been appointed part-time director of LaSalle REIT Advisors from next month, replacing outgoing PT director Jeremy Snoad. LaSalle REIT Advisors is the asset management company of LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT.

JLL COO for Greater China Gavin Morgan has been appointed to managing director, JLL Hong Kong, replacing Joseph Tsang, who will become chairman of JLL in Hong Kong from next month. Tsang has held the MD role for the past eight years and has worked in investment sales across the spectrum of property sectors for 36 years. Morgan, who joined JLL in 2011, has more than 25 years of experience in business growth, management and commercial real estate.

CBRE Hong Kong has appointed Reeves Yan to executive director, head of capital markets. Yan was most recently executive director of capital markets and investment services with Colliers International Hong Kong, where he led a team providing services for investment property acquisitions and disposals in Hong Kong.

Gabriel Stubbe joins JLL Hotels & Hospitality as senior vice president, investment sales Asia. The Singapore-based executive, who has 18 years’ experience across private and public sectors, will focus on driving business growth and strengthening market presence.

Matthew George has joined CBRE’s Hotels team in Australia as a broker to service Victoria’s hotels and leisure space. George brings more than 20 years’ experience in pub, hotel and property sector and spent 12 years at JLL, where he established its Melbourne Hotel division in 2007.

Cushman & Wakefield has promoted James Shepherd to head of research, Asia Pacific and Dominic Brown to head of insights and analysis, Asia Pacific. Based in Shanghai, Shepherd has been with the company since 2014 and was most recently managing director, research for Greater China. In the newly created role, Brown will lead the firm’s thought leadership research for the region.
