BlackRock Real Estate’s head of investments in Asia Pacific, Greg Lapham, is stepping down from the role, according to PERE. The executive will officially leave the company next month.

Nuveen Real Estate head of Asia Pacific Chris Reilly has reportedly resigned as well and has been temporarily replaced by head of Australia, Nick Evans. Reilly had spent more than a decade at the firm.

Marriott International has promoted John Douglas to the role of area director of finance, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific to oversee the financial functions and operations of over 30 properties in the region. Douglas spent more than 20 years with the company and was most recently the general manager of Brisbane Marriott Hotel.

Sentinel Property Group has appointed Christine O’Hara as national portfolio manager and will be responsible for the property management of an A$1.2bn-plus property portfolio. O’Hara, who has over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate and finance, joins the firm after holding senior roles at Charter Hall and Investa Property Group.

Savills has recruited Andrew Ingleton as a director in its office leasing team in Adelaide. Ingleton joins from Knight Frank and comes to the role with over 25 years’ experience in commercial property.

Anthony Martin has joined CBRE’s commercial valuation and advisory services team as a director of commercial valuations in Canberra. The industry expert has held senior management roles at national and international firms, covering mortgage lending, company reporting, acquisitions, rental assessment and property consultancy activities.
